No. Our trailers carry large onboard food-grade water tanks and are designed to operate independently for the duration of most events.

For very large or multi-day events, we can also connect to a water supply if available.

No. Our trailers are solar powered and do not require a nearby electrical connection to operate.

Yes. All equipment is cleaned, disinfected and maintained, prior and after each event to ensure safe and reliable operation. All our products are inspected by Public Health.

We get our water from municipally owned potable water filling stations. All equipment is cleaned and disinfected prior and post fill.

Staffing and monitoring can be included depending on the event and setup. We’ll confirm what’s needed during planning. Staff are always available for support during your event.

Yes. Our systems are regularly used for multi-day festivals and high-attendance events. If refills are required, they are done between event days.

Yes. Optional branding and sponsorship integrations are available across trailers, stations, drinkware, and misting tents.

Branding is always optional and coordinated in advance.

Yes. We offer:

Reusable bottles are typically distributed by event staff or volunteers.

Our focus is on improving infrastructure rather than changing attendee behaviour.

Our equipment is based in Niagara and Guelph, and we service events across Ontario. We’re also open to supporting events and brands outside the province depending on logistics.
