BUILT FROM INSIDE THE EVENT WORLD

Water Wizard was created by festival operators who understand the realities of producing live events — because we do it ourselves.

Before building hydration solutions, we were building festivals.

We plan, produce, and operate events firsthand. That means we understand the balance event planners manage every day — logistics, budgets, safety, sustainability, and sponsor expectations — all under real-world constraints.

Water Wizard was built in response to those realities, not as a theoretical solution. Everything we offer is shaped by what actually works on event sites.

EVENT OPERATORS FIRST

WHERE SPONSORS FIT IN

Having worked closely with sponsors at our own events, we understand how sustainability, visibility, and attendee experience intersect.

Hydration sits naturally at that intersection — supporting both the event experience and sponsor goals without feeling forced or performative.

When done well, it benefits everyone involved.

Sustainability at events only matters if it’s practical.

By providing centralized drinking water infrastructure, we help reduce reliance on single-use bottled water while improving access to free, reliable hydration across event sites.

Our approach focuses on systems that:

  • Handle high-volume crowds

  • Integrate into existing operations

  • Reduce waste without adding complexity

Because hydration is already essential, improving how it’s delivered creates real environmental impact without asking more of planners or attendees.

SUSTAINABILITY THAT WORKS AT SCALE

We work with event planners, festivals, sporting events, municipalities, and brand partners to make hydration reliable, scalable, and responsibly delivered.

Our goal is simple: build infrastructure that works quietly in the background, so events can focus on everything else.
